


Ruoning Yin won the 2026 LPGA FM Championship. The Chinese player prevailed at TPC Boston in Norton with a score of 14 under Par, two strokes ahead of Hyo Joo Kim. For her sixth victory on the LPGA Tour, Yin received prize money of $660,000.

The FM Championship was held from August 27 to 30, 2026, at TPC Boston in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. Ruoning Yin finished the tournament with a total of 274 strokes and a round of 2 under Par on the final day. She thus won ahead of Hyo Joo Kim, who finished at 12 under Par. Allisen Corpuz took third place at 11 under Par, while Rose Zhang and Sei Young Kim tied for fourth.
The outcome was decided over the final nine holes. Yin sank a Birdie putt from about 25 feet on the par-5 12th hole to tie Hyo Joo Kim. After five pars, she secured the decisive lead with another Birdie on the 18th hole. Kim was unable to close the gap after a three-puttBogey on the 16th hole.
For Yin, the victory marked her first LPGA Tour win since the 2024 Maybank Championship. She had previously won twice in 2023 and three times in 2024. The 23-year-old thus increased her total to six LPGA titles.
The total prize money for the 2026 FM Championship amounted to $4.4 million. The winner received $660,000. Hyo Joo Kim, the runner-up, received $413,841, while Allisen Corpuz earned $300,213 for third place. The full prize pool was distributed according to the final standings and tied finishes.
The FM Championship was also the last regular LPGA tournament before the Solheim Cup, which will take place September 11–13 in the Netherlands. World No. 1 Nelly Korda finished the tournament tied for 50th at 1 over Par. For Anna Nordqvist, the event marked her final appearance on the LPGA Tour; she tied for 38th.
