The KPMG Women's PGA Championship is one of the most historic events in women's sport. Since its inception in 1955 (then known as the LPGA Championship), it has become one of the five mainstays of the Major season. Between June 25 and 28, 2026, the elite will gather once again to compete for the prestigious trophy on one of the most spectacular courses in the USA.
The power density at this major is enormous. As the focus here is often on excellent ball striking, the field usually remains close together until Sunday afternoon. The best players from the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour will be competing at Hazeltine National Golf Club. But there are also starting places available via Tours in Korea and Japan as well as the world rankings. Major winners qualify anyway, so the KPMG Women's PGA Championship always attracts a strong field.
Live scoring: Stay on the ball! Our KPMG Women's PGA Championship Leaderboard offers you real-time updates so you can follow the hunt for the title up close. You can also find the players' individual Scorecards here so that you can always keep track.

In June 2026, the world's elite women's golfers will return to a place where golf history is being written: Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota. Hazeltine is one of the few clubs in the USA that has hosted every major championship of the USGA and PGA of America - from the men's US Opens to the Ryder Cup and the women's majors.
For the players, Hazeltine in 2026 means Patience and precision. It is not a place for risky gambles, but a course that rewards an "honest Par" and punishes mistakes mercilessly.

The year 2025 was all about Minjee Lee. The Australian secured her third major title at the PGA Frisco (Fields Ranch East). With a lead of three strokes, she relegated Auston Kim and Chanettee Wannasaen to second place. Most notably, Lee showed absolute nerve on the greens after switching to a long Putt - a decision that defined her entire 2025 season.

For Minjee Lee, the 2026 mission is clear: she wants to defend her title and become the second Australian after Karrie Webb to complete the Career Grand Slam. However, she is still two titles short of this with the Chevron Championship and the AIG Women's Open. The competition is stronger than ever before:
