US Open 2025 Tee Times: Rory McIlroy with good friends
The US Open 2025 brings together the best 156 golfers in the world. Here are their tee times for the second round.
The US Open, the third major tournament of the year in golf, is coming up. It starts on Thursday at the Oakmont Country Club. 156 players, including 49 of the top 50 in the world rankings, are ready for the "toughest test in golf". The second round starts at 6:45 a.m. local time, i.e. 12:45 p.m. German time.

Rory McIlroy at the US Open 2025
Scottie Scheffler, the current world number one and the dominant force in golf over the last year and a half, will start from Tee 10 at 13:40. He will be competing in a prominent group together with major champion Collin Morikawa and the talented Norwegian Viktor Hovland.
Rory McIlroy's start time is also awaited with great anticipation. The Northern Irish superstar will start from Tee 1 at 19:25. He will contest the round together with Irish major winner Shane Lowry and England's Justin Rose - a group full of experience and major titles.
From a German perspective, the focus will be on Stephan Jäger. The man from Munich, who has put in a strong performance in recent months, will start from Tee 10 at 2:24 p.m. He will share the flight with Danish talent Rasmus Højgaard and amateur Benjamin James. After a solid performance on Thursday, Jäger is now in contention for the cut.
Last but not least, Sepp Straka, the top Austrian player who has won two titles on the PGA Tour in recent months, will tee off from Tee 1 at 13:40. His playing partners are the Englishman Tyrrell Hatton and the South Korean Sungjae Im.
