The Amundi German Masters 2026 promises to be particularly exciting, as the German players will be among the favorites at the start. Esther Henseleit is particularly in the spotlight. The silver medalist at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris is expected to travel to Hamburg to tee off in front of her home crowd. Her international experience on the LPGA Tour makes her one of the hottest contenders for victory. Tournament Director Dirk Glittenberg suggested that only a poor start to the season on the LPGA Tour could prevent Henseleit from traveling to Hamburg. However, the 27-year-old has played strongly of late, recording two top-15 results in February and March and is therefore well on her way to being able to take a week off from the LPGA Tour.
Helen Briem, last year's runner-up and current LPGA rising star, is also looking forward to the atmosphere: "Last year I saw the most fans in Hamburg outside of the majors, which was great," says Briem. Together with Alexandra Försterling, the 2024 winner, she is the spearhead of the German golf elite. For both of them, the tournament is an important milestone on the way to the Solheim Cup in the fall. "I was once allowed to travel as a substitute, which was obviously a great experience. It's nice to be there and get an insight into what it's like on site. And of course that makes me want to go back," says Alex Försterling, who was part of the extended Team Europe in 2024.

If you want to experience the pros up close, the course at Green Eagle offers spectacular views thanks to its unique natural grandstands. Secure your tickets for the Amundi German Masters in good time to join in the excitement on the greens. The Amundi German Masters is one of the LET's best-attended tournaments outside of the major tournaments. It is still possible to get very close to the players and experience world-class golf up close.
A special highlight in 2026: The VIP experience has been expanded. In the VIP Garden Lounge along the 18th fairway, you can enjoy top-class sport in a Mediterranean ambience. For the first time, tickets are available in two different categories to meet the individual wishes of visitors.

If you can't make it to Hamburg, you can still follow the action. A live stream of the Amundi German Masters is expected to be available on golf.de as well as on the official channels of the Ladies European Tour and YouTube. The broadcast times are based on the afternoon hours, with the final decision on Sunday traditionally being the focus of the coverage. This text will be updated as soon as concrete information is available.
The North Course at Green Eagle is considered one of the most challenging courses on the Tour. With a Par of 73 and its enormous length, it demands the highest precision and tactical skill from the players. Course designer Michael Blesch promises a course in top form for 2026: "We believe that we can present the Nord Course even better this year - not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of the setting," Blesch revealed at a press conference for the tournament.
The Amundi German Masters 2026 is therefore not only a must-attend sporting event for golf enthusiasts, but also a celebration for the entire Hamburg region.
