Greenfeed: What makes the All4Golf trips special compared to other golf trips?
Johannes Jurecka: The All4Golf trips offer our customers an exclusive experience that goes far beyond the usual golf travel offer. We attach great importance to unique travel companions and carefully selected destinations. Our customers can look forward to unforgettable experiences that combine their passion for golf with extraordinary moments. We strive to create trips that are not only challenging in terms of sport, but also culturally enriching and create unforgettable memories.
Greenfeed: What destinations and experiences can golf fans expect in the coming months?
David Rönker: We always offer all trips as a group tour on a selected travel date. We therefore change the destination with every trip. For 2025, we have wonderful trips planned to Portugal, Scotland, the Lofoten Islands and the USA - we may even add a great trip to Northern Europe to the portfolio. Each trip offers exceptional elements: sometimes All4Golf customers can be one of the first golfers in the world to play new top courses, sometimes we combine golf with nature and photography, and meeting local people and taking a look behind the scenes of the golf industry are also part of our trips.
Greenfeed: What advantages do All4Golf customers have from this exclusive cooperation?
Johannes Jurecka: Our customers benefit from a number of exclusive advantages. In addition to access to unique travel experiences and carefully curated golf destinations, we also offer them exclusive products and shopping benefits. This cooperation allows us to take our customers' passion for golf to a whole new level. We are proud to be able to offer them not only first-class golf equipment, but also unforgettable golf trips.
Greenfeed : What kind of golfers does the offer appeal to - are the trips also suitable for beginners?
David Rönker: The offers appeal to very different target groups. For this year, we are targeting golfers who already have a little experience. In terms of the well-known handicap: you should preferably have a handicap of 36 or better, for the Scotland trip a handicap of 28 is required. However, our trips are all about the shared experience, we do not organize any competitions on site. The focus is on having fun together and gaining access to golf courses that are often not yet open to the German market or that impress with their unusual architecture. We also offer all participants exciting experiences away from the golf courses. You really don't need to be a top golfer to have fun on the All4Golf trips and take home some great impressions.
Greenfeed: Are there any special highlights or events as part of the All4Golf trips that customers can look forward to?
David Rönker: As mentioned, every trip has its highlights. In Portugal, All4Golf customers are among the first golfers in the world to play the first golf course designed by Ryder Cup hero Sergio Garcia. In Scotland, All4Golf travelers can enjoy being among the first golfers to play what is only the second golf course designed by architecture icon Tom Doak. A special highlight is certainly the trip to Lofoten Links, which will be accompanied by Swedish master photographer Jacob Sjoman, who took the famous photo of hole 2 with the Northern Lights in the background - of course we hope to experience this natural phenomenon on the trip too. Jacob will be on hand throughout the trip to offer advice and support on golf and landscape photography.
Finally, we will travel to Virginia, North and South Carolina in the USA. On this trip we will visit the six publicly accessible golf courses of the design genius Mike Strantz, who sadly died far too early exactly 20 years ago. Courses such as Tobacco Road or Tot Hill Farm will inspire golfers both visually and in terms of play, and we also have a few surprises planned for the trip. All trips will be accompanied by Michael Althoff, who has not only worked in tourism for more than 40 years, but as a journalist knows countless courses around the world from his own experience and, not least as Senior Editor of Golfmanager magazine, has an excellent global network in the golf industry. He will provide the participants with exciting background information on the trips - and all All4Golf customers worldwide can benefit from his regular course reports on the All4Golf Greenfee.
Greenfeed: How did the collaboration between All4Golf and DialogTravel come about?
David Rönker: The contact came about through our consultant Michael Althoff, who specializes in tourism and golf. As a tour operator that specializes exclusively in travel for media and retail partners, we can concentrate fully on the wishes of our customers. With our other tour operator, Emmaus Reisen, we can look back on decades of experience in cultural travel; our approach here has always been to create encounters and bring people together - a characteristic that also applies perfectly to golf. That's why we deliberately chose the name "Dialog Travel" for our latest offshoot, because the retail and media sector is all about communication and togetherness. as we do not sell our own trips directly to end customers, there is also no competition with All4Golf trips. It was clear to me from the very first discussions with Johannes that we were not only a good fit in business terms, but also on a personal level - an important prerequisite for a new partnership.
