Titleist today unveiled the next generation of its popular Performance model. The new Titleist Tour Soft golf ball has been completely redesigned from the core to the cover to offer golfers an even better combination of distance and control around the green.
The new model has been available at All4Golf since January 21, 2026. In redesigning the ball, the development teams focused on two key requests from players: maximum distance off the Tee and significantly improved stopping power on approach shots.

The secret to its enhanced performance lies in the precise tuning of its materials. For the Titleist Tour Soft golf ball, Titleist has combined a modified core size with an entirely new cover formula.
Despite these technical adjustments, the characteristic soft feel that has defined the Titleist Tour Soft golf ball for years is maintained in all playing situations.
One of the most striking innovations concerns the surface. The Titleist Tour Soft golf ball debuts with a new, four-sided 386 double-pyramid dimple design. According to the manufacturer, this specific pattern was in development for over four years.
The goal of this meticulous research was to achieve a more consistent ball flight that remains stable even in challenging conditions. Mike Madson, Senior Vice President of Titleist Golf Ball R&D, explains that a unique pattern must be found for each model to achieve the optimal flight window for each player.

Within the industry, this model is often considered an insider’s tip. Frederick Waddell, Director of Golf Ball Product Management at Titleist, even refers to the Titleist Tour Soft golf ball as a “hidden gem” in the lineup. In internal tests, the ball has consistently outperformed even more complex multi-layer constructions or higher-priced competitor products.
This ball is a strong option, especially for players looking for the best possible quality within a certain budget. Titleist guarantees consistently high manufacturing quality from ball to ball, as the company controls every step of production at its own facilities in Massachusetts.
For golfers looking to optimize their game, the new ball is now available in white and yellow at All4Golf. The suggested retail price is €44.99 per dozen.
