This season, the legends of golf — players aged 50 and over — are competing against each other in a total of 28 competitions. The PGA Tour Champions calendar takes professionals through 18 US states and four other countries, including Morocco, Scotland, Portugal and Canada.

The highlights in the 2026 Champions Tour schedule
The PGA Tour Champions calendar pays particular attention to the five senior majors and the final Charles Schwab Cup playoffs:
- The 5 senior majors: The Senior PGA Championship kicks off in April, followed by the Regional Tradition, the U.S. Senior Open, the Kaulig Companies Championship and the Senior Open Championship in Scotland.
- Charles Schwab Cup playoffs: Starting at the end of October, the best players of the season will fight for the coveted overall victory in a three-part playoff series (St. Louis, Little Rock and Phoenix).
- Challenge Season: The emotional finale in December is the Skechers World Champions Cup team event and the popular PNC Championship, in which the professionals compete together with their family members.

At what age can players start on the Champions Tour? Players must be at least 50 years of age to be eligible to start on the PGA Tour Champions (formerly Senior Tour).
What is the Charles Schwab Cup? The Charles Schwab Cup is the tour's year-round points rating, comparable to the FedExCup of the PGA Tour. The player who has collected the most points at the end of the season (after the final in Phoenix) wins the trophy and a sizeable bonus.
