Front Nine: Undulating Hills, Deep Bunkers, and “Shiv’s Bar”

The sporting journey of discovery begins on the front nine with a straight Par-4 on Hole 1, which offers long hitters a shortcut over the fairway bunkers on the right. As early as Hole 4, the course demands tactical discipline, as a large pond on the left side severely narrows the Fairway and forces a defensive club selection.

The following fifth hole is a true highlight: a 492-meter-long Par-5 whose heavily undulating and hilly terrain can cause the ball to bounce unpredictably before the hole sharply turns left in its final quarter. After precise shots over the deep bunker landscapes of the short 6th and 7th holes , players reach the halfway point at “Shiv’s Bar” after the 8th hole . Refreshed, the ninth hole immediately presents the toughest challenge of the first half: a par-4 up to 405 meters long through a narrow tree-lined Fairway that tapers toward a treacherous dip.

Back Nine: A Double Dogleg and a Water-Heavy Finale

The Back Nine, designed as a Par-35 course, seamlessly continues the challenging layout. Although the 10th hole appears straight at first glance, it plays like a dogleg to the right due to a large pond on the right side. A scenic highlight is the par-5 12th hole, which winds its way as a beautiful double dogleg directly toward the Lighthouse Hotel. Tactical skill is also required on the 14th hole (par-3), where tall trees on the right pose particular challenges for draw players.

The thrilling finale begins with the 519-meter-long Par-5 on the 16th hole, where a strategically placed pond on the right and a two-tiered green demand the utmost precision. The subsequent par-3 on hole 17 is also dominated by water, before the course heads back to the clubhouse on the 18th, the longest par-4 of the round.
