Wilson Staff has unveiled the new Dynapwr series and has three new, individually adjustable Drivers on offer for the 2025 season. With the Dynapwr LS (Low Spin), Carbon and Max models, the sporting goods giant aims to cover all levels of play and offers different options for every level. Thanks to adjustable weights and six-way adjustable hosel in all models, numerous variants can be set to meet the requirements of players. In addition, Wilson Staff says that it has worked particularly hard on the sound of the Driver.
All three models offer options for adjusting the tendencies in the ball flight to suit the individual player. In the low-spin model, two adjustable weights can be used to influence the launch angle and spin rate in order to achieve even more control. The Wilson Dynapwr Max Driver, on the other hand, can be adjusted to a Draw or Fade bias by means of a sideways sliding weight (19g). This is intended to compensate for Slice and Hook tendencies. Like the LS, the Dynapwr Carbon has one weight at the front and one at the back. However, they are each three grams lighter and therefore slightly less influential on playability. This in turn is in favor of the fault tolerance, which is higher than that of the Tour-level Driver.
The Dynapwr Max from Wilson is the most supportive Driver in the series. Unlike the other variants in the club family, the head is made of titanium and not carbon. This saves weight in the crown, which can be used elsewhere in favor of forgiveness. In addition, the head has a longer shape and the contact surface is larger, which should result in more inertia and therefore more stable drives with a high margin of error for off-center hits.
The low-spin version of the Wilson Dynapwr has a slightly smaller head than the other models. It is made of carbon fiber and Wilson promises to have improved the aerodynamics with a curved crown to reduce drag and increase club head speed. The Dynapwr LS is the model that offers full control over spin and trajectory with the right ability. It is aimed, as Wilson itself makes clear, at Tour level players and elite amateurs.
The broadest target group in the Dynapwr Driver family is probably the Wilson Dynapwr Carbon . This model offers a balance between Performance and forgiveness. It is more forgiving than the LS and at the same time sportier than the Max. Among other things, this is made possible by a flatter sole and a racket head that, at 460cc, is just as large as that of the Dynapwr Max.
