German Youth Team Championships 2025 / GC St. Leon-Rot unbeatable in the girls' competition

The 2025 DGV tournament season ends with the German Team Championships (DMM) for age groups (AK) 14, 16 and 18. The girls played at GC Ebersberg (AK 14), Freiburg GC (AK 16) and GC Holledau (AK 18). The boys competed at GC Schloss Westerholt (AK 14), GC Hohenpähl (AK 16) and the Dresden Ullersdorf golf course (AK 18).

GC St. Leon-Rot dominated the girls' German Team Championships across all age groups. In the age groups 14 and 16, the teams successfully defended their title, while in the age group 18 at GC Holledau they confidently beat the teams from Munich GC and G&LC Berlin-Wannsee. The Frankfurt GC and the team from the Berlin GC Stolper Heide completed the podium in the age group 14, the GC Hamburg-Walddörfer in the age group 16 and the GC Mülheim an der Ruhr in third place.

At the German boys' team championships, the Munich GC won in the age group 14 ahead of the team from GC St. Leon-Rot and G&LC Berlin-Wannsee in third place. In the age group 16, the Hamburg GC team came out on top ahead of the Munich GC and the GC St. Leon-Rot. The boys from GC Hannover secured the title at the DMM for boys' age group 18 at the Dresden Ullersdorf golf course, followed by the teams from Stuttgart GC Solitude and G&LC Berlin-Wannsee in second and third place.

Highlight of the German Team Championship 2025

Elliott Friedrich from Düsseldorfer GC was able to set an individual highlight: The AK-18 player submitted a scorecard with seven Birdies and eleven Pars (including five on the second nine) and set a new course record at the Dresden Ullersdorf golf course with the resulting 66 (-7).
